* IMPORTANT - for DJI, BlackMagic and Wacom products: We require a case, ticket or RMA number from the manufacture before we can accept your product. If you do not have a number, please contact them directly.
** When your product arrives, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. We will communicate with you regarding any problems or if we have any other questions. We will then notify you when your refund is processed.
